Community Health Northwest Florida Foundation was founded in 2024 on the belief that all human beings have a basic right to healthcare.
Our mission is to provide a full range of health and wellness services to all who walk through our doors.

Marcel Davis
A native of Pensacola, C. Marcel Davis grew up in Warrington and loves his community. He is the pastor of Adoration for a New Beginning Church in Pensacola.
Josh Newby
Josh Newby brings a combination of executive leadership, communications expertise, and deep community investment to the Foundation Board.
Angel Bradley
Angel Bradley is Health Education Program Manager and Wellness Specialist with the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County.
Alex Smith
Alex Smith brings a rare depth of governmental, legislative, and community relations experience to the Community Health Northwest Florida Foundation Board.
Sarah Gatewood
Sarah Gatewood is a Pensacola native who has built a distinguished career in strategic communications while remaining deeply rooted in the community.
Chandra Smiley
Chandra Smiley, MSW, is CEO of Community Health Northwest Florida. She joined Escambia Community Clinics in 2007 as a Social Worker.
Athena Durant
Athena Durant, CFE, MBA, MAcc, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Community Health Northwest Florida.
