Equipped with over 20 years of experience in public health and advocacy, Angel Bradley serves as the Health Education Program Manager and Wellness Specialist with the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County, where she has worked since 2005.
Born in Frankfurt, Germany, Dr. Bradley earned a Master of Science in Sustainable Digital Marketing, a Master of Public Health, Doctor of Health Science, is an Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction-Instructional Technology with emphasis in Virtual and Distance Education, and also has a Master of Science in Community Health Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Social Science.
Dr. Bradley is passionate about advocating for marginalized groups and promoting preventative public health measures in the local community. She is currently delving into tobacco prevention, policy change, minority health and wellness efforts at both the state and local levels.
Dr. Bradley has worked closely with state health departments, health systems, and other stakeholders to provide support and foster community engagement and partnerships. Angel has also worked with Lamplighters, Inc. (Board of Directors), Junior League of Pensacola (Sustainer), American Psychological Association (Health Equity Ambassador), Gulf Coast Kids House (Ambassador), Escambia County Public Schools Foundation (Board of Directors), Storytelling Solutions of America (Board of Directors), Florida PTA (Health and Wellness Committee), Research Excellence Initiative (Florida Department of Health), Leadership Pensacola Alum (Class of 2023), Girl Scouts of Gateway Council (Member-at-Large, Board of Directors), Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and The Healthcare Plug (Strategic Partnership Service Area Manager).
In her spare time, Dr. Bradley enjoys traveling, journaling, and spending time with family and friends. Community service fills my spirit, days/nights at the baseball field keeps me excited, and journaling helps me stay grounded.
