On Monday, January 17th (MLK holiday), Community Health Northwest Florida’s Walk-in Care clinic at 14 West Jordan Street will be temporarily closed in order to perform unforeseen building maintenance. Given this, a clinic at our Main Site at 2315 W. Jackson Street will be opened Monday from 8AM-4PM to accommodate individuals needing Urgent/Walk-in care. All individuals requiring Urgent/Walk-in care on Monday January 17th should go to Community Health’s Jackson Street site to be seen instead of Jordan Street. Thank you for your understanding.
*Walk-in clinic is subject to close early if the maximum number of patients are checked in.
