Community Health Northwest Florida announces several vaccination clinics in addition to its walk-in clinic at the Brownsville Community Center, the week of August 9-14. Individuals wishing to participate should call the CHNWF Vaccine Call Center to schedule an appointment OR simply walk-in at their convenience during clinic hours.

Community Health Northwest Florida is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

Community Health Northwest Florida provides access to interpretation services for health center patients with limited English proficiency.
