Community Health Announces Brownsville Vaccination Clinic for Ages 12+

We are offering a COVID-19 vaccination clinic this Saturday, December 18th from 9AM-1PM at Brownsville Community Center.

Depending on eligibility, we’ll offer the COVID booster shot as well as first or second doses of the COVID vaccine. Participants will be able to choose between Pfizer (ages 12+), Moderna (18+) and Johnson & Johnson (18+).

Community Health Northwest Florida is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
