Beginning Monday July 1 X-Ray at Palafox will be temporarily closed.

The Milton x-Ray Schedule for July will be Tuesday 7/09, and Tuesday 7/30 and will commence every other Tuesday thereafter.

The Milton schedule for Mammograms is 7/16, 7/23, 08/06, 08/20, 09/03, 09/17, continuing every other Tuesday.

Community Health Northwest Florida is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
