CHNWF to Hold Walk-up Vaccination Clinic in Milton

Community Health Northwest Florida has just announced that it will hold a walk-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Milton, Florida. This event will take place Thursday March 11 from 9AM-3PM at 6209 Highway 90/Caroline Street, and is open to Florida residents age 18+ who are eligible to receive the vaccine under the Governor’s latest Executive Orders.

Community Health Northwest Florida is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
