Community Health Northwest Florida Welcomes New Pediatrician

It brings us great pleasure to welcome Jennifer Zimmerman, MD, FAAP, to the Community Health Northwest Florida pediatric provider staff beginning September 4th, 2018. Dr. Zimmerman will practice at Community Health Northwest Florida’s new Highway 90 Pediatrics office in Pace, Florida. Community Health Northwest Florida is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

Community Health Northwest Florida provides access to interpretation services for health center patients with limited English proficiency.
