It brings us great pleasure to welcome Jennifer Zimmerman, MD, FAAP, to the Community Health Northwest Florida pediatric provider staff beginning September 4th, 2018.  Dr. Zimmerman will practice at Community Health Northwest Florida’s new Highway 90 Pediatrics office in Pace, Florida.  For more information on “Dr. Z” and  Highway 90 Pediatrics, check out her press release .

Community Health Northwest Florida is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility.
