Jan Carozzoni is exactly the sort of practitioner you’d hope to see in a pediatrics department — and you can find her in our Highway 90 Pediatrics location in Pace.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South College, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee. Her almost 30 years of nursing and clinic experience includes active-duty service in the United States Air Force as an Independent Duty Medical Technician. Jan’s extensive clinical background includes experience in labor-and-delivery, pediatrics, family practice, emergency care, and field medicine.
Getting ahead of disease and illness is key for Jan. “I am passionate about caring for children,” she says, “and believe strongly in preventive medicine and early intervention.”
Jan also sees the importance incorporating all aspects of medicine in treating children. “:I strive to provide thorough, compassionate, and evidence-based care while partnering with families to support each child’s health and development,” she says.
