Community Health Northwest Florida’s walk-in facility at 1400 North Palafox Street.
On Monday, January 19, our walk-in and convenient-care clinics will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. That includes our Palafox location and our Trinity Pediatrics Convenient Care office on Ninth Avenue. All other Community Health Northwest Florida locations will be closed for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday.
