Most Community Health Northwest Florida locations will be closed for the Veterans Day holiday on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025. Two locations will be available for walk-in patients, however.
Our Adult & Family Care location at 1400 N. Palafox Street will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. And our Pediatric Convenient Care location at 5375 North Ninth Avenue also will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
