Community Health Northwest Florida announces several vaccination clinics to be held April 20th-23rd, where participants will receive the first dose of the Moderna vaccine. These events are open to anyone eligible to receive the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine under the Governor’s latest Executive Order, including all individuals age 18 and older. 

Individuals wishing to participate should call the CHNWF Vaccine Call Center to schedule an appointment.
