The holiday season is upon us, and we have some Thanksgiving closures our patients should be aware of.
All Community Health offices will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. (That’s Thursday, Nov. 27.) We hope everyone has a fun and safe day off with family and other loved ones.
On Friday, Nov. 28, our walk-in and convenient care clinics will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. That includes our Palafox location and our Trinity Pediatrics Convenient Care office on Ninth Avenue. If you have questions, you can call the Palafox Adult & Family Care location at (850) 444-9449, or the Pediatric Convenient Care at (850) 760-0669.
We’ll resume normal operations on Monday, Nov. 24.
And as an early heads up, all Community Health offices will close at 4 p.m. on Dec. 24, and will remain closed through December 25.
