A native of Long Island, New York, Cathy joined Community Health Northwest Florida in 2011 as a Health Navigator. She then worked as Administrative Assistant for Founder and then CEO Don Turner before becoming the Employee Benefits Manager in 2015.
Cathy earned a Certification in Human Resources Administration and Business Management in 2018 and 2019 from Pensacola State College. She took on the role of Director of Training in 2018 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2020.
