Dr. Steven Bollen is Director of Pharmacy at Community Health Northwest Florida.
A native of Tampa, Dr. Bollen earned his PharmD degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton.
Dr. Bollen has a vast amount of experience in community pharmacy, compounding and specialty pharmacy.
He is committed to building lasting and trustworthy relationships with patients by helping them navigate the complicated path of medication therapy.
In his spare time, Dr. Bollen enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and fishing.
