The Community Health Needs Assessment for Escambia and Santa Rosa counties has released its final, detailed full report.  As mentioned in the previous article we posted, the study included a survey of over 2,100 community residents, a survey of community leaders and analysis of the leading causes of death and poor health in our two-county area.  This needs assessment gives us invaluable information on the specific needs of the citizens in our area and how we can better serve the community!  Read the final report  here .  We encourage you to copy and paste the link to share with friends and neighbors via email and social media!
