Toddler Tokens
Toddler Tokens is Community Health Northwest Florida’s incentive program aimed at making life just a little bit easier on new parents from the start, and throughout the growth of their child.
The premise is simple — and for those who also have participated in our Baby Bucks program it will look and sound familiar. When a child successfully completes a scheduled visit at Community Health Northwest Florida, they’ll earn tokens, which can later be redeemed for various age-appropriate items.
The roadmap above spells out the timing and earning schedule. As many as two dozen tokens can be earned throughout the path of the roadmap.
Toddler Tokens are initially available at our Cantonment Pediatrics location. Additional locations will be added in the future.
