With more than a decade dedicated to holistic health, Justin supports individuals in building resilience, mobility, and overall well-being through accessible, evidence-informed practices. As a yoga teacher at a community health clinic, he works with diverse populations, offering classes that integrate movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support both physical and mental health.
Justin’s approach draws from yoga therapy and breathwork to meet people where they are — whether that’s managing stress, chronic pain, or seeking greater balance in daily life. Justin is committed to creating a supportive environment that empowers individuals to develop sustainable habits and experience meaningful, lasting change.
