Tenesha Byrd is Director of Quality for Community Health Northwest Florida. A native of Pensacola, Tenesha joined the organization in 2005 as Patient Service Advisor.
Tenesha earned a Technical Certificate in Healthcare Services from Pensacola State College. She took on the role of Management Care Coordinator and was promoted to Director of Quality in 2024.
Tenesha believes the Quality team’s role greatly impacts the overall success of Community Health Northwest by meeting and exceeding quality measures and values.
In her spare time, Tenesha enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling and shopping.
