Three Community Health Northwest Florida sites will be open during regular business hours Monday, October 12. Services may be abbreviated due to reduced staffing, but we remain committed to serving our patients.

Sites and services for Monday are:

  • 2315 W. Jackson Street: Pediatrics and Adult/Family care for patients with existing Monday appointments, plus walk-in service for those without appointments. Walk-in service will close at 5 p.m. Pharmacy is open. Lab and X-ray services are NOT available.
  • 6671 Caroline Street, Milton: Pediatrics and Adult/Family care for if you already have an appointment for Monday. Scheduled dental services also will be open Monday. Pharmacy is open.
  • Trinity Pediatrics, 5375 North Ninth Avenue: Pediatrics.

Any patient who otherwise would go to 1400 N. Palafox Street should go to Jackson Street instead.

We will continue to expand services throughout the week as conditions and staffing allow and will post updates on our website, Facebook and Instagram.

If you have additional questions or need to refill a prescription, call (850) 436-4630.

10 a.m. Sunday, October 11: We are tentatively planning on opening a number of sites on Monday, October 12. We hope to finalize the list of sites, times and services later today. Check back for updates.

4:30 p.m. Saturday, October 10: We do NOT expect to have any of our locations open on Sunday, October 11, due to damage from Hurricane Isaias. Community Health Northwest Florida leadership will meet multiple times on Sunday to reassess. If we’re able to open any of our locations, we’ll let you know.

In the meantime, stay safe. We’ll be back just as soon as we can.

Original post: Ahead of the expected arrival of Hurricane Isaias, all Community Health Northwest Florida locations will be closed on Friday, October 9, and Saturday, October 10, 2026. Once the storm passes and it is safe to do so, Community Health Northwest Florida will assess its clinics and re-open as soon as possible. Updates will be posted at HealthcareWithinReach.org and on social media. Calls to the main line — (850) 436-4630 — will still be answered on Friday.

“The safety of our patients and our staff is paramount,” said Chandra Smiley, Chief Executive Officer of Community Health Northwest Florida. “We’ll be here for everyone once the storm has passed, and we can augment care with our mobile units if necessary.”

Tropical storm-force winds are expected in the Pensacola area by midday Friday, with the hurricane itself expected to make landfall in the evening to overnight. Storm surge is expected to peak between 5 and 7 feet. Isaias is expected to move inland early Saturday morning and weaken to a tropical depression as it makes its way into Alabama and Mississippi.

“We’re certainly concerned for everyone during the storm,” Smiley said. “But we’re just as concerned for our patients’ well-being once the storm passes and will be ready with our providers, pharmacies — and even counseling. We all know too well what kind of toll hurricanes can take on us all.”

The latest information on Hurricane Isaias can be found at the National Hurricane Center.
