Hale Morrisette

Social Worker

Hale Morrissette is a Social Services Case Manager at Community Health Northwest Florida, based at our Jackson Street location and supporting Adult & Family Care at Palafox. As part of our Behavioral Health & Wellness team, Hale also works in our Justice Involved Persons program, connecting incarcerated citizens of Escambia County Jail with healthcare access upon their release.

A born-and-raised Pensacola girl, Hale is a 2008 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School and went on to earn her Master of Social Work from the University of West Florida in 2018. Before completing her degree, she spent several years at Lakeview Center’s Adult Outpatient department as a front-desk associate. After earning her Bachelor’s, she moved into Lakeview’s Victim Services team as a Survivor Care Coordinator, a role that combined advocacy, case management, crisis counseling and outreach. In 2018, she was named Advocate of the Year by the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence for that work.

Hale then moved into national community organizing, partnering with communities across the country to help them advocate with their government officials and build sustainable foundations for lasting change. In 2024, the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers named her Social Worker of the Year for her continued advocacy and service.

“I am proud to be able to be home with Community Health, focusing on patient-centered care and supporting healthier outcomes for individuals and families across our region,” Hale says.
