Eden Ridgeway, BSW, joined the Community Health Northwest Florida team since 2023 and became our Social Services Manager in October 2025.
She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of West Florida, where she was a Kugelman Honors Student and Pace Presidential Scholar. Her academic work included a thesis on family housing insecurity and pandemic-era public policy efforts.
Eden has called Pensacola home for 16 years and has had a lifelong passion for serving people experiencing housing insecurity. As Social Services Manager, she leads a team of case managers who address social determinants of health and administer special social services and wellness programs for our patients.
Outside of work, Eden enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with her wife, Isabelle, their cat, Hazel, and their dog, Koda.
